The Department of Justice was ordered to incinerate evidence of the Federal Partial Birth Abortion Ban of 2003 violation. However, our pro-life voices rang out in outrage, and we were finally heard!
The urgent action taken by our pro-life voices spurred champion congressmen and pro-life attorneys to take effective legal action, sparing the cremation of the five babies' bodies and sparing the evidence needed to prosecute those responsible for breaking the Federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban of 2003.

We just heard exclusive news that a direct order came from President Biden to the Department of Justice to destroy the bodies of the five fully-formed aborted babies. They have been ordered to incinerate the evidence of the Federal Partial Birth Abortion Ban of 2003 violation. Dr. Cesare Santangelo and his staff have been committing heinous acts, and now it seems they will walk free. Our justice system is failing us, and these unborn children are the victims.
Without Congressional intervention, the bodies could be destroyed as early as February 13.
This is the most urgent action I have asked you to take!
Congress must swiftly subpoena these bodies as evidence of federal crimes and start a congressional investigation.
The Federal Partial Birth Abortion Ban of 2003 stands clear: the killing of late-term babies is prohibited. It's a protection for the most vulnerable. But we believe these laws have been violated. And worse yet, there's a high likelihood that two of these babies were born alive, only to be killed or left to die.
It is unimaginable that our society would embrace this type of brutality. I know you disapprove. But if we remain silent, it is the same as approval.
For the past two years, the images of these infants have circulated—a grim reminder of their short-lived lives. Late last year, five individuals were charged and convicted of federal crimes for their efforts to bring attention to these deaths. Their potential 11-year prison sentences have spotlighted the issue. The destruction of these infant bodies has come to light because of these trials.
If we succeed, the victory will be monumental! Instead of evidence being destroyed and crimes swept under the rug, we'll have clear proof of gestational age. If the Federal Partial Birth Abortion Ban was indeed broken, those responsible must be held accountable.
Because Biden and his DOJ have unexpectedly stepped in, it is no longer time to petition D.C. officials involved. Now is the time for emergency action to be taken by Congress for a full congressional investigation. We must get as many petitions as possible this weekend.
It is time to urgently call on Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, Congressmen Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, and Chip Roy to subpoena the bodies of the babies to complete a full federal investigation. I know they are on our side! We need to let them know we expect them to act. And ACT NOW!
