You won't believe what's been happening at this Women's Catholic college.
Alverno College, located in Milwaukee, has been admitting men who pretend to be women since 2019.
All-women colleges have long been a safe haven for females seeking a Catholic education, providing an environment free from distractions and a focus on academic excellence. But in the past few years, some boards of all-women educational institutions are adopting policies that allow men posing as women to attend.
The policy at Alverno College change came after the governing board amended its nondiscrimination policy in 2019, avoiding major pushback, stating on their website that:
"Alverno College strives to create an institution and programs appropriate to the educational needs of women in the 21st century, particularly in its weekday college community. In the Catholic tradition of caring and respect for each human person, we support students on their journey of self-discovery and recognize that gender identity may change over time. Alverno has put guidelines and services in place to support transgender students as integral members of our diverse campus community. Specifically, Alverno College admits students who consistently live and identify as women.”
In recent news, amid strong pushback, St. Mary's College, also an all-women college, reversed course on a policy that allowed men who claim to be women into the school.
We now turn our attention to Alverno College to make the same rational policy change.
Sign our petition now to demand that President Christy L. Brown, the School Sisters of St. Francis, and the Alverno College board of trustees reverse this damaging policy and return the college to being all-female.
The truth is simple: sex is not changeable, and the distinction between male and female is clear. The Catholic Church has always held this belief, and until recently, it was a universally accepted fact. Now, a fringe radical minority is attempting to force their twisted sexual ideology on the rest of society, starting with our educational institutions.
Alverno College once was a sanctuary for women seeking a Catholic education. Now, this policy undermines the college's mission, putting the safety and well-being of its students at risk.

Alverno College, a cherished women's Catholic institution, has a dangerous policy that must be reversed beginning in the next academic school year.
Allowing men who claim to be women onto campus as students puts real women in danger and is contrary to The Catholic Church's Teachings.
Many women choose same-sex educational environments for the focus, safety, and minimal distraction they offer. This policy puts ideology above student well-being and undermines Christian teachings integral to the college's identity.
It also forces students and their families into difficult positions, and raises questions about the future of same-sex education.
Catholic Christian institutions shouldn't be doing the bidding of ideological radicals who are looking to confuse our youth.
Plus, it's been shown that these men need major psychological and emotional help; not affirmation.
