Europa pretende imponer ‘género’ a Mercosur

Neocolonialismo cultural. Esa parece ser la forma de trabajar de la Comisión Europea con América Latina.
Es lo que se deduce de las negociaciones de libre comercio entre la Unión Europea y Mercosur (Argentina, Brasil, Paraguay y Uruguay) a las que CitizenGO ha tenido acceso.
Dicho acuerdo incluye una cláusula de “fomenter la transversalidad efectiva del género”. O dicho de otra manera: la Unión Europea acepta el tratado de libre comercio siempre que los países de Mercosur se comprometan con la ideología de género.
Porque eso es lo que significa “transversalidad efectiva de género”. No se trata de la igualdad entre hombres y mujees sino de lo siguiente:
- Orientación sexual que puede ser homosexual o heterosexual
- Identidad de género, que no tiene por qué coincidir con el sexo biológico, sino con el “autopercibido” en cada momento, que además no es solo binario (hombre o mujer) sino multiple e incluso fluido (variable por días o incluso por horas)
- En definitiva, promover la cultura y el estilo de vida homosexual y transgénero, por supuesto, incluídos los colegios y las universidades.
Todo esto es lo que pretende imponerse a los países del Mercosur si pretenden firmar un acuerdo de libre comercio con la Unión Europea.
Todo esto lo pretenden imponer sin base legal alguna, por debajo de la mesa, sin que la opinion pública se haya enterado.
Pero es que además, esta ideología -como todas las ideologías- no tiene base científica alguna. No existe ningún estudio serio que justifique esta locura del género. Ninguno
Por eso es tan importante que frenemos este neocolonialismo mientras las negociaciones siguen en marcha.
Escribe ahora a la Comisión Europea y diles que no aceptarás esta imposición ideológica neo-colonial.

El nuevo acuerdo entre la UE y Mercosur contiene una previsión que de aprobarse supondría una nueva obligación para los estados firmantes: “fomentar la transversalidad efectiva del género”
Como sabe, la ideología de género es extraordinariamente polémica y seriamente cuestionada en los países miembros de Mercosur.
Además, no existe base legal ni científica para esta imposición ideológica que roza el neocolonialismo cultural.
Por todo ello, le pido que elimine los contenidos relativos a la ideología de género en el borrador de acuerdo entre la UE y Mercosur.

The EU/Mercosur Association Agreement currently under negotiation contains a provision that, if it is allowed to enter into force, would create a new obligation for all countries involved to "foster gender mainstreaming" as a horizontal policy.
"Gender mainstreaming" and the "gender ideology" it relates to are highly controversial not only in Latin America, but also within the EU itself. There is no scientific basis for "gender ideology". There is no legal base for "gender mainstreaming" in EU law, and there are many countries even within the EU itself that currently do not practise any such "mainstreaming".
Including a clause on "gender mainstreaming" into an international agreement would be unprecedented. It would cast into binding international law concepts and policies that are controversial within the EU itself, and which – given their status as international commitments – would subsequently be very difficult for individual Member States to get rid of, should they so choose.
Wrapping such concepts and obligations into the terms of what essentially is intended to be a trade agreement, obliging State parties to accept or reject the package as a whole, is an act of cultural colonialism.
We believe that States should be left free to decide whether they want to embrace "gender theory" or apply "gender mainstreaming". We therefore urge you to remove the reference to "gender mainstreaming" from the text that is currently being negotiated.
