Terms and Conditions

CitizenGO.org Internet provides its services CitizenGO at internet under the following  Terms and Conditions:

FIRST. - In compliance with the reporting obligations contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, for Information Society Services and E-Commerce, the  following data is shown:

CitizenGO.org is owned and managed by the CitizenGO Foundation at Conde de Peñalver 52, 3-D 28006 Madrid, with CIF number G-86736998 and registered in the Register of Foundations with the Number 1582.

The services offered by CitizenGO.org to its users are those which are eventually  made available within the CitizenGO.org network, free of charge, being this circumstance subject to change in accordance to clause nine in these conditions. Some of the services offered require prior User registration, and are avaiblable only by registered users of CitizenGO.org network.

SECOND. - By using the CitizenGO.org network, the User confirms unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.

THIRD. - The User agrees not to use the services for activities contrary to law, morality, public order and, in general, to use them under these terms and conditions. It also undertakes responsibility not to carry out any advertising or commercial activity or send messages using a false identity, or in any way which conceals the origin of the message.

FOURTH. - CitizenGO.org acts solely as a Service which provides communication between the parties, and is not not responsible for any content contrary to the general conditions which could be sent by the parties; the User is the only subject  of responsibility for the accuracy and legality of this content. In particular, it bans the use of the Service for sending or advertising materials which criticize service providers.

FIFTH. - The User agrees to respect the restrictions imposed upon the use of the Service by CitizenGO.org.

SIXTH. - CitizenGO.org is not to be made responsible for any failures that may occur in communications, including deletion, incomplete transmission or delays in remission and cannot guarantee that the network is operational at all times. Nor shall CitizenGO.org will be responsible in case a third party, breaking the security measures established by CitizenGO.org, gains access the messages or uses them to transmit computer viruses.

CitizenGO.org has adopted all security measures that are legally required for the protection of personal data supplied by the User. However, CitizenGO.org cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its security systems, or the safety or inviolability of data sent through the network.

CitizenGO.org does not guarantee the legality, reliability and usefulness of the content, nor its truth or accuracy.

The links that the site offers to users are only aimed at finding the same information available on the Internet. CitizenGO.org does not offer or market the products and services available on linked sites and assumes no responsibility for any such products or services.

CitizenGO.org cannot control the use made by users of the portal or guarantee that they will do so in accordance with these terms and conditions.

SEVENTH. - CitizenGO.org may interrupt the Service or immediately terminate the relationship with the User if it detects that the use of its website or any of the services offered on it is contrary to these general conditions.

EIGHTH. - CitizenGO.org holds the right to discontinue the provision of any services within the network, being sufficient to communicate it on the Service access screen  with a fifteen-day notice. It also holds the right to modify  at any time without prior notice the site  presentation and conditions or the services and conditions required for their use.

NINTH. - CitizenGO.org may at any time modify these terms and conditions or introduce new conditions of use, including gratuity termination . These changes apply only after their entry into effect.

TENTH. - The user accepts that the personal data provided or to be provided in the future to CitizenGO.org, can be processed in a file of personal data. That data can be used to compile statistics, advertising according to user preferences, conducting prize competitions, service management and incident management [link to Privacy Policy].

CitizenGO.org will be responsible for the files thus created. The data owner will always have the right to access files, and may exercise his rights of amending them, and the right of cancellation and opposition under the terms established in the data protection legislation. For this purpose the data owner  will send a signed email  to CitizenGO.org (citizengo@citizengo.org), indicating clearly the email address of the owner so that CitizenGO. org may provide an answer to the request.

The consent for the processing and transfer of your personal data will be revocable at any time by means of a written communication to the owner of the file, CitizenGO.org, to the email address mentioned above.

ELEVENTH. - Permission is granted to copy, distribute and / or modify the content posted on www.citizengo.org except for that indicated in an explicit manner under the terms of the Creative Commons.

TWELFTH. - The parties, expressly renouncing to their own privilege, accept the Spanish laws as governing law of the general conditions, and are subject to to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid for the resolution of any disputes arising therefrom.
